I emailed Fever customer service to ask how my accrued points were worth and they advised me to go to checkout page and click point button so I put ticket in cart and went to checkout page and they automatically charged me thru my PayPal account which they saved from 2023. I didn’t know this was possible because purchases thru paypal take you to your account before confirming purchase? Customer Service refuses to refund me and will only give me voucher due to their return policy which I do not want. They stated their payment process is efficient and their policy is no refunds.
