I purchased tickets for an event and paid extra for seats near the front of the venue. When I arrived the event was doing general seating and I did not get the seats I paid for. This also means 2/3 of the guests that evening paid extra for their tickets. When I contacted Fever they only offered me a credit. To make this perfectly clear, I paid extra money for false advertising (which is illegal) and then refused a refund. I have ZERO plans of ever using Fever again so a credit does work when the first interaction with your customer is not a trustworthy one. Don’t give this company money. Stop
