I bought tickets to Gordo but I’m not able to attend anymore and ticket transfers are locked on the user side, so I tried to contact support to see if they can manually transfer the tickets to my friends who still want to attend. However, despite getting back to me super quick, their support team was absolutely no help at all. Apparently they’re handcuffed by this no-transfer policy too for whatever reason.
