Great clean easy

I tried purchasing a ticket for an event in my area. The system glitched 3 times. When it finally went through I noticed it was for a city i didn’t live in. I immediately reached out to support. After a few hrs of no response ( the event passed) I get a response saying they needed me to email them from the address i was corresponding on and they closed the ticket. When i finally got someone’s attention they sent me TC saying they couldn’t help me after the event passed …. Needless to say they stole 140 bucks in this economy I’ll never patronize this app/ organizer again. They wouldn’t even be
