This place will take your money and send you to the wrong location. Their “policy” is to have no customer service at all and just say over and over again that their policy is no changes and no refunds. I was sent to the wrong location an Fever had all the evidence that their calendar invite sent me to a location across the city from where the concert actually was and they took the $180 I spent on those tickets. I asked nicely and provided evidence of this issue and mess up and they doubled and tripled down that they will not make any exceptions to the policy and told me they will no longer be
