This is the worst app and company I have dealt with. I downloaded the app and went to one event without any issue. The second event I bought tickets for I spent extra money to buy the insurance which states you can get a refund no questions asked as long as you cancel 48 hours prior to the event. Well, this is a lie. My father had a stroke and I was not able to attend the second event. I tried canceling and getting a refund four days before the event started .
