Bought tickets for an event in Montreal. I’m not familiar with the city so I used the Fever site to link to GPS directions. The Fever site took me to the wrong location. I paid $28 for parking AND missed the show. I contacted Fever customer service and they don’t allow you to receive an answer on the phone, you have to wait for them to email you an answer. I explained their website info is wrong and I want a refund or credit and I’ll go to show the next day. They answered via email with a generic all sales are final.
