In the beginning, my first experience using the app was great. That is until I needed to make a date change to my tickets, which I paid extra for by choosing the Flex option when purchasing the tickets. This is where things fell apart. This change process is so convoluted and frustrating - not at all user friendly - and they charge you more for the experience to boot. Why pay more for the flexibility to make changes in advance of the event only to be charged yet more at the time you actually exercise the option? And they don’t even mention this when you select the Flex ticket option. I gave on
