Extremely disappointing experience. I placed an order that was never delivered. The driver repeatedly told me that traffic was heavy and eventually cancelled the order instead of completing the delivery. I contacted customer service multiple times seeking assistance and a resolution, but my issue was never properly addressed. They’ve told me my order would arrive at 7:25 and if it’s later than that I would get compensation. Though they did say that they kept pushing the time. First to 7:30. Then after to 7:35 . Then 7:40. Not Recommended
Drivers are given more than one order to deliver. They “promise” the order will be delivered at a certain time; and keep extending the time period! The map is just there to keep customers from complaining, in reality they don’t show you where the driver is at in reality time until he’s close to your location (after he makes other deliveries while you wait!) Customer service is horrible and the food arrives cold since it’s always late!

This is the second time I use this when I come to visit kingdom and every time it’s the same thing at least 1.5-2 hours delays on your order so that means if you made an order at 1pm it’s supposed to arrive at 2.40pm but it arrives at 4pm! Don’t waste your time and stress on this service

Horrible customer service
Orders are frequently delayed. They just keep pushing the time by 15 minutes each time. Contacted customer service, and it was a very bad experience. Unprofessional and kept repeating the same response while offering no solution. In one instance, after more than an hour and a half delay, the customer service agent literally said “you either wait for the order to arrive or cancel now with no refund.” Strongly recommend avoiding them and try other apps instead.

Compared to other food delivery apps they rank in the lowest bracket.
They have an app and that’s it, customer service agents are a long wait to reach and zero effect on resolving inevitable issues like hours of delivery delays, order going to a branch in another city while there OSS a branch one blocks away, being charged more than you should, food arriving in poor quality, or driver claiming to deliver your order or fail to reach you when it isn’t true. Avoid unless it’s the only app servicing your area. The business model just contradicts the objective of adding to your life convenience.

The agent, Ahmed – MJ 135 (Maj), was completely uncooperative and kept giving copy-and-paste answers without actually addressing my issue. Liars about compensation
They claim they’d compensate you ONLY if you complain about one thing at a time, they got my order wrong I asked for something of the order because I am severely allergic yet I still got it anyways, additionally, my order was delayed 30 minutes I only got 15 riyals for both after being told I’d get refunded for the actual order. The customer service spokesperson claimed they made a mistake they meant only 10 and only one mistake at a time as if it’s my fault. Unacceptable

Will not work with iOS 26.2 beta 2
The app was updated 2 days ago along with the release of iOS 26.2 beta 2. The app logged me out and when I try to login again it refuses with an error message telling me to disable the VPN which I don’t have. I tried numerous times with support to acknowledge the issue but they always tell me the fault is on my side and they can’t help me. Other apps including famous local delivery apps work perfectly without any issues. Even bank apps who are very sensitive of VPN are working. So where is the fault?

This app has the worst customer service. The customer service agents lack professionalism, they use automated messages, they never get back to you and leave you in the chat speaking to yourself. They charged me extra money and when I contacted them to get it back, they kept transferring me from one chat to the next with no resolution. I do not recommend using the app at all.

Unfortunately, HungerStation is not the same app that it used to be. Firstly, my r food is WAY over priced compared to the prices outside the app, and that’s not even including the delivery charge which should be the only extra cost I have to pay. Secondly, the drivers are always delaying the delivery, my guess is that HungerStation takes the majority of the delivery fee is given to the company instead of the driver, which results in drivers taking more orders than they can handle to compensate with the low income that they make per ride. I use HungerStation almost daily and I appreciate the convenience. However, the promised “20 minute delivery” from HMarket is not true. I think it’s false advertising and deceiving because I have never received anything in 20 minutes, it is always at least double that time or past the hour. Also, orders are frequently delayed and there’s nothing you can do about it, you just see the estimated time increase by 15min at the time when it is supposed to arrive. This needs serious attention.

My Device was blocked from ordering.
I contacted customer support regarding an issue with my order. Customer support says we are sorry about what happened to your order. Then all the sudden I can’t order anything anymore. And apparently their apologies was to block my device from ordering. Bad customer service. Worse app to use for food delivery. Lack of customer support.

Bad customer service
My order was supposed to be re-delivered, but that did not happen. It was shocking that the full payment was withdrawn from my credit card without delivering my order. When I reached out to Customer Service to ask for my money back, the agent told me that the information about this particular transaction was deleted from the system. Then, he typed, “Is this clear! Anything else?” He was rude! Now, I stopped using Hunger Station and will not recommend it to anyone.

Worst Delivery App in the world
Customer service doesn’t exit. There’s no number to call them. Orders will be late an hour and sometimes 2 hours and you can’t cancel or complain. They start preparing grocery order 1 minute before the promised delivery time. 90% of the items you order will be replaced without informing you. They send you cold orders and wrong orders and you can’t refund anything. This is the worst delivery hero app I ever used.

Used to have many options, point system, and accurate time estimates. Recently, all of these options have degraded. Zero customer care
I received an order from a completely different restaurant and when I called the Driver, he had no clue and at the same time he was begging me complain to the company because he’s the one who is going to be punished when it is the company sending him a request from wrong restaurant. There is no way to contact HungerStation but by text. Which is a very lame way of communication and of course a robot answer answers you. Customer service has become a joke
They give you an option to subscribe to a yearly service to claim free delivery, but the prices of items are still much higher than the market which makes me question if I’m saving or actually losing money in paying twice for the delivery. In my recent encounters with the customer service I was asked some ridiculous questions to justify my much earned refunds based on their policy. They claim that the refund is offered based on delays, but they don’t offer you a way to track the delay nor claim the refund without talking to a bunch of agents. I’m done with this app, switching to Jahez!
