Orders are frequently delayed. They just keep pushing the time by 15 minutes each time. Contacted customer service, and it was a very bad experience. Unprofessional and kept repeating the same response while offering no solution. In one instance, after more than an hour and a half delay, the customer service agent literally said “you either wait for the order to arrive or cancel now with no refund.” Strongly recommend avoiding them and try other apps instead.
