Extremely disappointing experience. I placed an order that was never delivered. The driver repeatedly told me that traffic was heavy and eventually cancelled the order instead of completing the delivery. I contacted customer service multiple times seeking assistance and a resolution, but my issue was never properly addressed. On many occasions has my order been late for up to an hour, and when you request compensation as they instruct we can if the orders are late, they don’t give the full amount they are supposed to and don’t bother to check the issue of the order, additionally, if you made a mistake while ordering or want to change something, you don’t have the option to change or cancel the order without receiving a refund even if the order was made the exact same minute of the refund request, and finally if you are not able to pick up the order from the driver, after a short duration they will cancel your order

Good but issues with delays and promised delivery for HMarket
I use HungerStation almost daily and I appreciate the convenience. However, the promised “20 minute delivery” from HMarket is not true. I think it’s false advertising and deceiving because I have never received anything in 20 minutes, it is always at least double that time or past the hour. Also, orders are frequently delayed and there’s nothing you can do about it, you just see the estimated time increase by 15min at the time when it is supposed to arrive. This needs serious attention.

Zero customer care
I received an order from a completely different restaurant and when I called the Driver, he had no clue and at the same time he was begging me complain to the company because he’s the one who is going to be punished when it is the company sending him a request from wrong restaurant. There is no way to contact HungerStation but by text. Which is a very lame way of communication and of course a robot answer answers you. Customer service has become a joke
They give you an option to subscribe to a yearly service to claim free delivery, but the prices of items are still much higher than the market which makes me question if I’m saving or actually losing money in paying twice for the delivery. In my recent encounters with the customer service I was asked some ridiculous questions to justify my much earned refunds based on their policy. They claim that the refund is offered based on delays, but they don’t offer you a way to track the delay nor claim the refund without talking to a bunch of agents. I’m done with this app, switching to Jahez!

Everything was great without subscription, the second i subscribed for 1 year , customer support became ZERO. Almost zero compensation. I used to be able to order food from places that were considered far. I didn’t mind if they weren’t hot when they arrived as my expectations were I was glad they delivered it. I have ordered food from the application at 9:40 Pm from al Baik Restaurant near to me, which showed that the order will be delivered between 9:57 and 10:07. I kept tracking the app, it showed that the driver was only getting far away from the restaurant and my location! First of all I appreciate the app. It saved me money by not having to deal with the hotel restaurant and time by not running around trying to find a place to eat especially during Ramadan. I’ve been going against everyone saying that this app is really trash, and I’m disappointed tbh. My order was more than an hour late, the driver’s information wasn’t his (they actually can do that, where “you” can sign up as a rider and have “someone else” work as you). Never as advertised. Just can’t rely on this. Confirm an order? Probably going to be canceled five minutes later. Restaurant open? May say it is, but maybe not. Getting worst with every update
Worst delivery app ever. The driver information are verified , many times I tried to call the driver just found it’s different person. Their map are not accurate and coursed may confusion to the driver who keeps ask me to come outside to collect the order and they are 4 block away from my location . There no support whatsoever. One of the worst, least professional, and least reliable delivery apps. I’ve had orders delivered with items missing and they never get back to you even through it states “24 hour response time”. And then when they did respond after 3 weeks, they couldn’t give me a refund because they needed the exact name of the item and brand but their app doesn’t show that when it’s been so long. Please do not download and use this app. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen in my life. I ordered food and the driver was literally downstairs on the map and then I got a notification that the food was delivered. I never received the food and there’s literally zero ways of contacting the driver after he tells the app the food was delivered. Annoying offer notifications even when it’s off
I turned off the offers notifications and still receiving offers notifications i had to turn off all app notification from system settings.. no wonder why people quit the app or orders are not answered/picked from clients when its delivered because everyone has to turn off notifications.. First of all if i can give 0 starts I would. So i ordered with a free delivery promo. however, they withdrew the money and put it in my wallet, which after some time the money in the wallet expires. I have been using this app since I came here in Saudi Arabia a few months back, I have not received any compensation or refund for the previous orderS (yes ordersss) that was not delivered to my home. I know this not the drivers fault but at least a decency to refund even 50% of the amount I paid. I’ve used many apps worldwide and i haven’t encountered such a horrible experience ever before. I do not recommend it to anyone. Customer care is very unprofessional and disrespectful, they didn’t even address my complaint at all. We lived on this food app for months
Yup we ordered food through this app almost everyday. 😅 but sometimes it’s glitchy like it took my wallet balance but didn’t deduct on my total, and sometimes it offers orders from restaurants that are already closed, and sometimes it takes so long for the order to get accepted by the restaurant then it will get canceled after 40mins so we’re left hungry. 🥲 what i wish it had was the option to see on the map the location of the restaurants and to sort the restaurants by distance.

Worst food delivery service in Riyadh
The driver picked up my order and did not deliver it right away, he went somewhere else for another order and did not reach my house until over 1 hour after placing my order. I called him to ask why he was going the opposite direction of my address he said he was delivering something else, I asked him kindly to deliver my food however he did not and continued to his destination And then came to my address. Can’t use the app
I can’t update my phone to the most recent version and therefore can’t update the app to the most recent version so now, whenever I open the app, it displays a message that says I need to update the app to continue using it even though it was working just fine before. I understand that an app would need to be updated to work properly but it doesn’t make sense to purposely make the app completely unusable if it isn’t updated.

First of all, i just download the app, and they offer free delivery on the first order plus discount for the meal, yet when i ordered, they charged me for delivery and put it as a credit to my account which got expired after a while! I downloaded this application after seeing the 99% off discount plus free delivery for new users, they have a 3.75 riyals fee if you want to pay by card, and i added my card and their was no problems with HungerStation taking the fee but when it came to HungerStation taking the after discount payment (0.37 riyals) they wouldn’t process it! Never fail to surprise me of how terrible they can get.. last time the customer service hand up on me and called the driver and told him its your problem now, even the driver thinks they’re terrible and he gave us a discount with his own money, which we rejected because its not his fault the company is becoming the worst. Been using for years and I regret it almost every time. I would highly recommend Jahez or even Marsool even tho its a bit more expensive but they wont be as terrible as hunger station’s customer service.
