I’ve used many apps worldwide and i haven’t encountered such a horrible experience ever before. I do not recommend it to anyone. Customer care is very unprofessional and disrespectful, they didn’t even address my complaint at all. First incident was when i ordered from the app 2 days ago and i put a note that i needed money change because i was paying in cash so during handing me my order, the driver didn’t give me all my change back, he decided to take money for himself and when i asked him for the rest of my money he lied to me and said he will be back and just left me, i tried to call him 3
