The driver picked up my order and did not deliver it right away, he went somewhere else for another order and did not reach my house until over 1 hour after placing my order. I called him to ask why he was going the opposite direction of my address he said he was delivering something else, I asked him kindly to deliver my food however he did not and continued to his destination And then came to my address. This is unacceptable, I’ve attempted to reach out to customer service while this was happening however there is no access to an agent provided on your app. It is truly a shame and unfortunat
