I have ordered food from the application at 9:40 Pm from al Baik Restaurant near to me, which showed that the order will be delivered between 9:57 and 10:07. I kept tracking the app, it showed that the driver was only getting far away from the restaurant and my location! I tried contacting the driver which took him also too long to reply and he was saying that the delay was from the restaurant, i took screenshot of him driving away from the restaurant and my location. Once the driver arrived the restaurant, it showed that my order had been picked up immediately (which means that the order was
