One of the worst, least professional, and least reliable delivery apps. I’ve had orders delivered with items missing and they never get back to you even through it states “24 hour response time”. And then when they did respond after 3 weeks, they couldn’t give me a refund because they needed the exact name of the item and brand but their app doesn’t show that when it’s been so long. So no refund. Another time my drink arrive almost empty because the drive spilled it and was told “hopefully” the team will get back to me. Again, no refund. You’re basically gambling with your money using this app
