I’m really disappointed by how the customer service became so unprofessional the last couple of months and they dont monitor their drivers I have faced many issues when i track drivers they deliver for more than 1 person by other apps i guess i even refused to collect my order when 1 driver went to the restaurant and figured the order will take long time so he decided to leave and deliver something else and get back to my order and took him more than an hour to bring my food also another issue I have made an order and they deducted the money and the restaurant canceled the order and usually
