I have been using this app since I came here in Saudi Arabia a few months back, I have not received any compensation or refund for the previous orderS (yes ordersss) that was not delivered to my home. I know this not the drivers fault but at least a decency to refund even 50% of the amount I paid. They put the money to their pockets 100% of the amount and when you try to reach their customer service they will either closed the window abruptly without having any solution or they just apologize endlessly without explaining anything about their company policy whatsoever.
