Zero customer care
I received an order from a completely different restaurant and when I called the Driver, he had no clue and at the same time he was begging me complain to the company because he’s the one who is going to be punished when it is the company sending him a request from wrong restaurant. There is no way to contact HungerStation but by text. Which is a very lame way of communication and of course a robot answer answers you. And a human only appears once every five minutes you keep getting the same answers on the chat. They don’t have a phone number, unlike Lugmety. Who has amazing customer service a
