Never fail to surprise me of how terrible they can get.. last time the customer service hand up on me and called the driver and told him its your problem now, even the driver thinks they’re terrible and he gave us a discount with his own money, which we rejected because its not his fault the company is becoming the worst. Been using for years and I regret it almost every time. I would highly recommend Jahez or even Marsool even tho its a bit more expensive but they wont be as terrible as hunger station’s customer service. And its the only app that sometimes makes me wait an hr then cancels. On
