I’ve been going against everyone saying that this app is really trash, and I’m disappointed tbh. My order was more than an hour late, the driver’s information wasn’t his (they actually can do that, where “you” can sign up as a rider and have “someone else” work as you). And on top of that he called me from a different number and said if I didn’t like it I should complain to customer service so… You want my honest opinion just delete HS and download Jahez instead, it’s way better than this sad joke of an app and their customer service are 1000 times better.
