My order was supposed to be re-delivered, but that did not happen. It was shocking that the full payment was withdrawn from my credit card without delivering my order. When I reached out to Customer Service to ask for my money back, the agent told me that the information about this particular transaction was deleted from the system. Then, he typed, “Is this clear! Anything else?” He was rude! Now, I stopped using Hunger Station and will not recommend it to anyone.
