My account disappeared from one day to another so first finding customer service is a task then trying to get help is something else. They ask for screens of stuff i cannot show them, refuse to pull my order history to understand the problem and hang up whenever they want. In the meanwhile I lost my adresses, points, credits and instruction. It's emabarassing and impolite
