Been using this application for years, was really amazed by the customer support and the application itself. However this has came down badly, I was looking for something to eat that would arrive fast, ordered something that was 15 to 25 minutes. My order was placed at 6:05 and food arrived 7:04, 1 hour late. The food arrived on horrible condition, burgers were very cold, fries are cold, everything uneatable, drink is very warm, ice melted undrinkable. There I asked for support and all I got was a 10 riyals back and they said this is all what we can do. If this is the kind of support we ge
