This app has the worst customer service. The customer service agents lack professionalism, they use automated messages, they never get back to you and leave you in the chat speaking to yourself. They charged me extra money and when I contacted them to get it back, they kept transferring me from one chat to the next with no resolution. I do not recommend using the app at all.
