Customer service doesn’t exit. There’s no number to call them. Orders will be late an hour and sometimes 2 hours and you can’t cancel or complain. They start preparing grocery order 1 minute before the promised delivery time. 90% of the items you order will be replaced without informing you. They send you cold orders and wrong orders and you can’t refund anything. This is the worst delivery hero app I ever used.
