They have an app and that’s it, customer service agents are a long wait to reach and zero effect on resolving inevitable issues like hours of delivery delays, order going to a branch in another city while there OSS a branch one blocks away, being charged more than you should, food arriving in poor quality, or driver claiming to deliver your order or fail to reach you when it isn’t true. Avoid unless it’s the only app servicing your area. The business model just contradicts the objective of adding to your life convenience.
