They claim they’d compensate you ONLY if you complain about one thing at a time, they got my order wrong I asked for something of the order because I am severely allergic yet I still got it anyways, additionally, my order was delayed 30 minutes I only got 15 riyals for both after being told I’d get refunded for the actual order. The customer service spokesperson claimed they made a mistake they meant only 10 and only one mistake at a time as if it’s my fault. Unacceptable
