My experience with HungerStation’s customer support was extremely disappointing. The agent, Ahmed – MJ 135 (Maj), was completely uncooperative and kept giving copy-and-paste answers without actually addressing my issue. When I asked for clarification, he ignored the question entirely. Even worse, he closed the chat while I was actively responding, leaving the problem unresolved. This level of customer service is unacceptable for a major delivery platform
