When things go awry…
Speaking from my 20+ bookings with Klook. Klook is ok when things go smoothly i.e. when buy something and you get the service like eSIM or ticket immediately. But a lot of what I’m paying Klook for is peace of mind when traveling to places I’m not familiar with. I would say some bookings have been more reliable than others so I’m not sure how deeply Klook checks out or works with their providers. When they say be on time, they mean it. They do not make exceptions, no matter how hard you have tried to locate them and how many times you have been misdirected. I watched multiple other people get turned away after only 15 mins late arrival. One lady had been texting their help service way before tour time to never be helped. No number was given to call even after calling after the missed tour. A tour was starting only 30 minutes after ours with a long list of names and only 4-5 people who had shown for their tour time after us as we were there to wait. There was never an offer to correct t

I reserved a van to take us to the airport with 6 passengers (3 of whom were children) and 2 suitcases. The driver arrived and didn’t speak any English, although in the booking it said he did. Didn’t confirm the night before pickup after I reached out multiple times. The driver showed up an hour early and seemed annoyed I wasnt ready. The biggest issue was there were only 5 seatbelts in the vehicle. Took my family to the Louvre on our trip to Paris. Had booked tours through Klook and Viator. Klook certainly makes you think you’re in good hands. But on the day of, If their ticket delivery email doesn’t arrive you’ll be forced to repurchase and you’ll get no help or refund from Klook. Imagine being in a country that doesn’t speak the same language and having no recourse when your tickets (which should be ‘delivered the day before your tour’ don’t and there’s no number to call. Purchaser beware
I saw many reviews of Klook from content creators I followed to book places in Japan. I tried buying 2 express passes at Universal Japan and was only processed for 1. I tried to get it rectified and they offered to only give a 30% “good will” refund in “Klook bucks”, so I could try purchasing my express passes at the same timeslots, which is absurd. The passes were about $175 a person, so opted out of that, “offer” and will never do this process again. Feel totally scammed and glad we tried a test run with this, as we were going to do a week park admission pass and express passes for each day.

Klook asked me to commit Criminal acts
I am writing this to warn all global travelers about Klook’s predatory and dangerous business practices. After a system error on Klook's end resulted in me being denied service at my destination, their customer support gave me an outrageous and illegal instruction. 1. Incitement to Criminal Acts (Privacy Violation) To process a refund, Klook explicitly instructed me to take unauthorized photos of the staff’s face and a private customer manifest. I booked a ticket for a ferry during my stay in the Philippines. I searched for trips to Hong Kong and aisland boat trip was populated. The trip did not say Thailand on it and only sheet booking and looking at location pick up did I realize this was the wrong county. I booked a transfer between Pattaya- Bangkok. All of the Klook’s confirmation email goes to my inbox but the most important one go to my junk mail. The one which said I should be at the meeting point one hour before. I was there 15 minutes before (10 minutes earlier) than their first confirmation email that goes to my inbox. I was not really satisfied with the tours. You know most tourists don’t speak Japanese so you should have an English speaking tour guide, at least. During our tour to Mt.
