NEVER USE THIS APP. If you purchase a ticket through Klook and your train gets cancelled beyond your control, be careful — you may still be charged a cancellation fee. I had a reservation of Klook Pass Abu Dhabi with 2 premium parks. Used it to access one park, and wanted to access second after 6 days. And it didn’t work. Ticketing office said that my voucher is expired and I should contact Klook. Klook said that voucher can be used for second park only in 6 days after first use. But in terms and conditions it’s clearly stated: “The voucher is valid for 180 day(s) from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 23:59 on the last day”. And Klook rejected refund of my money!

I used Klook to buy Go City card for Los Angeles in 2019 and had a fantastic experience without any problem. I travelled again to USA and few days before the weekend, I was looking for some activities to do in NYC. I checked individual tickets for the Empire State, The Rock and the Edge and Klook was selling tickets on the day or following day so when I saw, Klook pass for New York, I purchased it. The following day when I tried to book the Edge, it gave only availability to next month only. Also the fourth activity I was planning to use was Woodbury which did not have an active select butto
