Speaking from my 20+ bookings with Klook. Klook is ok when things go smoothly i.e. when buy something and you get the service like eSIM or ticket immediately. But a lot of what I’m paying Klook for is peace of mind when traveling to places I’m not familiar with. I would say some bookings have been more reliable than others so I’m not sure how deeply Klook checks out or works with their providers.
