I reserved a van to take us to the airport with 6 passengers (3 of whom were children) and 2 suitcases. The driver arrived and didn’t speak any English, although in the booking it said he did. Didn’t confirm the night before pickup after I reached out multiple times. The driver showed up an hour early and seemed annoyed I wasnt ready. The biggest issue was there were only 5 seatbelts in the vehicle.
