Even though a taxi would be far less expensive we specifically booked airport transfer in Tokyo to our hotel expecting it to be less stressful. Klook specifically states on the booking that someone will be waiting with a sign with your name at airport for 1 hr and 40 min after your arrival. WRONG! No one for first hour we kept waiting and calling. Customer service of no help. Finally after 2 hours I literally walked up to everyone that looked like a driver.
