I saw many reviews of Klook from content creators I followed to book places in Japan. I tried buying 2 express passes at Universal Japan and was only processed for 1. I tried to get it rectified and they offered to only give a 30% “good will” refund in “Klook bucks”, so I could try purchasing my express passes at the same timeslots, which is absurd. The passes were about $175 a person, so opted out of that, “offer” and will never do this process again. Feel totally scammed and glad we tried a test run with this, as we were going to do a week park admission pass and express passes for each day.
