Klook offers almost no support services beyond selling. Their online customer service feels like talking to a robot, with poor comprehension and no ability to resolve issues. There is no phone or email customer service, so if you encounter a problem, there's no way to get it resolved, as everything is based on what the supplier says. You can only hope that the product you book is excellent, and if you do run into issues, don't expect any help from Klook.
