When they say be on time, they mean it. They do not make exceptions, no matter how hard you have tried to locate them and how many times you have been misdirected. I watched multiple other people get turned away after only 15 mins late arrival. One lady had been texting their help service way before tour time to never be helped. No number was given to call even after calling after the missed tour. A tour was starting only 30 minutes after ours with a long list of names and only 4-5 people who had shown for their tour time after us as we were there to wait. There was never an offer to correct t
