Took my family to the Louvre on our trip to Paris. Had booked tours through Klook and Viator. Klook certainly makes you think you’re in good hands. But on the day of, If their ticket delivery email doesn’t arrive you’ll be forced to repurchase and you’ll get no help or refund from Klook.
Imagine being in a country that doesn’t speak the same language and having no recourse when your tickets (which should be ‘delivered the day before your tour’ don’t and there’s no number to call. Just flying blind in another country. We had to repurchase in good faith that Klook would take care of their custo
