Glovo Prime is a complete scam. I paid for the subscription expecting the advertised benefits, but absolutely nothing changed – delivery fees are still being charged as if I don’t have Prime. In the end, they just took my money without providing what was promised. Very disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone.

Terrible support / Charged double
There is no number to contact support, only way you contact support is very hidden in the menu and does not make any sense it should be there. Only way I found it is using number on google maps which is support for their partners. You can use support only via chat which makes it even more harder. Also they charged me two times for same order, so be careful if you are paying via card. I spent 3 weeks recovering that money to my account, and Glovo just sent me some screenshots from their internal app which is not proof of anything. Also they tried to convince me that everything is ok. Very bad

The time keeps moving and tou end up waiting for something for an hour and then your driver picks up food and goes opposite direction with your food to deliver to someone else and you keep waiting for more than an hour to get cold food for which you are paying delivery. AWFUL. Happened several times. In Bosnia and Herzegovina use Korpa or Zapp instead, Glovo sucks.

Card declined and they don’t know why
I have been using my card for a year now, and all of sudden they started declining my card and told me to ask the bank as they don’t have any info on their end. I have gotten a proof from the bank that the card has been verified - but their app just doesn’t accept it. I have tried going through support, but the response time is criminal, and when they respond it’s a bunch of nonsense and gaslighting. They obviusly don’t have control of their payment pipeline to an extent that they can fix it, which means it’s super hard to know that it’s reliable to use them.

Once we reached out to customer support wanting to cancel an order they told us we can cancel it but we will still have to pay for it. In no way they took responsibility for a bad experince.
