Our meal was sitting in a store for more than 30minutes and courier didn’t pick it up. Once we reached out to customer support wanting to cancel an order they told us we can cancel it but we will still have to pay for it. In no way they took responsibility for a bad experince. They offered 2.5KM as an “excuse” even though order was 17KM.
