Awful service, not giving an option to talk to dispatcher. The time keeps moving and tou end up waiting for something for an hour and then your driver picks up food and goes opposite direction with your food to deliver to someone else and you keep waiting for more than an hour to get cold food for which you are paying delivery. AWFUL. Happened several times. In Bosnia and Herzegovina use Korpa or Zapp instead, Glovo sucks.
