The app doesn’t have any customer support, a lot of bags that no one cares about that lowers the quality of service significantly. But they always take an additional charge for the app function, a percentage from every order. There’s a nearby place which kitch closes at 11 p.m. but the place is always available for orders, waited for an order for an hour once, that I had to cancel myself in the end. The food arrives late because the driver is right at my building but the next order is in another place, and he can’t even call me before he delivers the previous order… That’s insane

I’m very disappointed with this service
We were in Bucharest and placed an order from McDonald’s. They forgot to include a burger and French fries. In Glovo I immediately reported that the order was incomplete, and I was given a promocode that could only be used in Romania. However we were supposed to leave the next day. I then placed and order from Burger Queen. This restaurant was not trackable in Glovo. It only showed their address and phone number. We waited for the order for an hours but nothing was delivered. I started calling the restaurant several times, but no one answered. We went to sleep, and in the morning the app said
