I ordered twice, once I didn't get it and they refunded me after several times I tried to reach them and many arguments, the second time I didn't get the meal, it said that the restaurant had an independent delivery person or something like that, I waited awake all night until I gave up and went to sleep, when I woke up of course it was owed to me, there was no money, no meal, and no one to talk to. Stolen customers money
They allow restaurants to be delayed for 1 hour and half to deliver your order as your food is coming from another country and you will not be able to cancel your order or take your money back. Have used the app multiple times and the chance they take your money without delivering is high as it happened more than 50% of the time. Customer service doesn’t help the buyer but helps the shops! Support kept being rude and telling me that it's my bank issue even though it's been almost two weeks since an order and there are no transactions that are onhold. (fintech buddy here). I've been using delivery apps all over the world, and I've never had such a terrible experience as with "Glovo." They made me wait two and a half hours for someone to pick up my order, and after customer service assured me it was on the way, the agent closed the chat and they cancelled my delivery. Avoid using this app if possible! I've never had any problems with "Wolt" or "Just Eat" - use them instead if you can! (For those in Italy, "Deliveroo" is another good option.)
