I have an issue with the app, one of my cards only on Glovo doesnt work. I tried to find relevant articles or any resources, however I need to talk to someone from the app and apparently the app doesn’t have customer support except for curriers. Totally unhappy with this.

Overheat and weird “address selection” behavior
If the app is left open, after a minute or two the device will start to overheat and the battery will drain like crazy. When searching for restaurants, by default “current location” is selected, however, this is not working. If I want to get the correct list of restaurants, first I have to manually select my current address (which is on the same place as the “current location”). In case this is not done, once the food is selected and the address is filled, the app will say that restaurant is not delivering to the selected address. It would be much better if my stored address is always selecte

No customer service when you need assistance..
After couple of bad experiences with the Glovo company i’ve decided to delete the app. - No online customer service - Constant delivery time changing - In case of rain everything stops (of course none of the couriers would ride a bike on rain which is completely understandable - but at least inform the customer and offer order cancelation. You rather leave them waiting..) How ever i like the concept of the app so i wish it’s service gets better after time.

Order was scheduled to be delivered between 23.45 - 23.55 and arrived at 00.35. Courier stopped multiple times during the whole delivery process and was unresponsive, took a long time to respond on Glovo. The food arrived cold and wasn’t the service you would expect. Unprofessional, in my opinion. Also, there is no way to write a complaint or even what was wrong with the order/delivery in the Glovo app and no way to contact an actual person through the app, like Wolt has for instance. At least I was able to give a dislike. Terrible service, made me consider to never order from Glovo again.

The worst food app ever. More than 3 restaurants that are connected to it doesnt even get the orders and they have to deliever on their own with actual employees cars. I suggest all to just call in restaurant and order or if its near pick it up on own because u will wait for even more than 2 hours or even more to get call from restaurant rather than Glovo employees. And even if Glovo employees call they are rude and talk kinda lost. And its always way CHEAPER if u get it from restaurant people rather than Glovo.

Bad developers or greedy company
Not gonna lie, I almost never write reviews. But this time I can’t just let it go. Recently, app is full of bugs that make you pay more than what it initially says. First, promotions advertise 2v1 or discounts and after you go to payment, it charges full price. Secondly, after you confirm payment, it charges you hidden taxes for “bad weather” - without notifying in advance. Running ios 16 and the app is updated.

No opening times, no location
I work in the evening alot, so i would like to check opening times to see what i can order at the time i finish working. I would also like to see the location of an restaurant to pick something close to my location when i am in a hurry. So i use Wolt instead.

Downgrade after Glovo takeover
Glovo took over our local delivery service (eHrana) and substantially downgraded it. The site no longer shows status of delivery and even in the app in only shows vague progress instead of the map showing the distance and time of the delivery. If you try to reorder a past delivery from a closed restaurant, it just says an error occurred with no explanation. If you click on a closed restaurant, it says the restaurant is no longer in range even if you made a successful order just a day ago. It also doesn’t offer the option to send a restaurant a message, which was very useful if you didn’t wan
