Order was scheduled to be delivered between 23.45 - 23.55 and arrived at 00.35. Courier stopped multiple times during the whole delivery process and was unresponsive, took a long time to respond on Glovo. The food arrived cold and wasn’t the service you would expect. Unprofessional, in my opinion. Also, there is no way to write a complaint or even what was wrong with the order/delivery in the Glovo app and no way to contact an actual person through the app, like Wolt has for instance. At least I was able to give a dislike. Terrible service, made me consider to never order from Glovo again.
