Pedí comida, que tuvo un retraso de una hora y media. Tenía que trabajar y pedí que me cancelen el pedido para no tener que pagar por algo que fallaron en entregar en tiempo y forma. La gente de servicio al cliente no solo no me canceló el pedido sí que también me cerraba el ticket. Nunca más. Aún esperando el pedido. Si no pueden hacerse cargo cuando algo anda mal y solucionarlo entonces esta aplicación es inútil.

Probándolo nuevamente en otro país (españa) sigo descubriendo lo mal que trabajan. Quedas a la suerte de que envíen todo Perfecto, porque si falta algún producto o falla algo NADIE TE VA A ATENDER, lo cual los convierte en ladrones que se quedan con tu dinero ante un problema. Recomiendo pasar de glovo y de just eat por su nula atención al cliente.

Hice un pedido con cinco artículos y llegaron solo 3 y un cartel que decía que me envían otra cosa porque de lo que pedí se quedaron sin. Pésima resolución de problemas
Estuve esperando más de dos horas un pedido mientras me decían que ya habían confirmado con el repartidor y pedido al local que volviera a preparar el pedido para que no estuviera en mal estado. En esas llamadas me dijeron que me habían bonificado el pedido pero inmediatamente luego se canceló y me quedé sin cenar. Me fue muy difícil comunicarme y las personas que me atendían no tenían la información de la llamada anterior. Estoy buscando otro servicio para cancelar mi cuenta premium.
