The app doesn’t have any customer support, a lot of bags that no one cares about that lowers the quality of service significantly. But they always take an additional charge for the app function, a percentage from every order. There’s a nearby place which kitch closes at 11 p.m. but the place is always available for orders, waited for an order for an hour once, that I had to cancel myself in the end. The food arrives late because the driver is right at my building but the next order is in another place, and he can’t even call me before he delivers the previous order… That’s insane
