Terrible support / Charged double
There is no number to contact support, only way you contact support is very hidden in the menu and does not make any sense it should be there. Only way I found it is using number on google maps which is support for their partners. You can use support only via chat which makes it even more harder.
Also they charged me two times for same order, so be careful if you are paying via card. I spent 3 weeks recovering that money to my account, and Glovo just sent me some screenshots from their internal app which is not proof of anything. Also they tried to convince me that everything is ok. Very bad
