I have been using my card for a year now, and all of sudden they started declining my card and told me to ask the bank as they don’t have any info on their end. I have gotten a proof from the bank that the card has been verified - but their app just doesn’t accept it. I have tried going through support, but the response time is criminal, and when they respond it’s a bunch of nonsense and gaslighting. They obviusly don’t have control of their payment pipeline to an extent that they can fix it, which means it’s super hard to know that it’s reliable to use them.
