The so-called “priority order” is the biggest scam in Sarajevo. I’m watching the driver on the map going to a completely different part of the city. All estimated delivery times have been exceeded, even the one that doesn’t include priority. On top of that, the app keeps cleverly recalculating the time and constantly shows the delivery as “on time,” even though the deadline was missed long ago.
