Extremely Poor Customer Service and Complete Lack of Support
One of the worst service providers I have ever dealt with. They show little to no concern for their customers. You can keep raising support tickets, but they seem to be ignored completely. There is no proper response, no clear communication, and customers are forced to continuously follow up without getting any resolution. Due to this poor experience, I have decided to discontinue my membership. My sincere advice to others is to think twice before using their services, as customer support and service quality appear to be far below expectations.

Alert!! Bogus service!! Inefficient team!!! Untrustworthy customer support!!! If you are thinking that they are calling so many times for install or recharge then they will do the same when you will need the service from them. They won’t pickup calls. Their technician won’t pickup calls. Even if their fault, machine is not working or getting serviced, they won’t extend the recharge validity. And some chat bot will give same response again and again in chat support. Please don’t take it.

Very Slow Support and Service
I would not recommend DrinkPrime based on my recent customer service experience. Support chats are being closed without even confirming whether the issue is resolved, which is very frustrating. On top of that, it takes 1–2 days just to schedule a service slot when there is a problem. If booking a slot itself takes that long, it raises concerns about how long the actual technician visit and resolution will take. I think it’s time for DrinkPrime to seriously review and improve their support process and response times; otherwise, customer satisfaction will continue to decline.

We subscribed their service to our Airbnb flats, we have had constant mess ups and water stopped coming twice. Our guests had a lot of inconvenience. Moreover to recharge we have to go there in person near the purifier which is super inconvenient as we have to ourselves go every time . 100% would not recommend This is not even value for money, we end up paying 5,000 for a year and for 2 years you pay 10,000 for which we would get a fully owned purifier that will work for 5-6 years straight.

Bad - New Good But Only for 1st Year
I subscribed to the new dp 2years back. And had one before also multiple times but fortunately just for 1year. If you are planning for a new one then everything would be perfect but as it gets old and ask for maintenance their customer support will make you cry blood. The in office team and on ground team who comes are in completely async. They just create a ticket on reaching but the on ground team who comes for the check will just call or come for the sake of marking their ticket complete not for resolving the issue. Offers great cost savings 1. No customer care phone no, need to wait min 30-45 min on WhatsApp to keep on chatting with support team . 2. When I bought Drink Prime 5 years back, it was confirmed to me that after 3 years, the purifier would be changed. Now, it has been 5 years, and the purifier is not working properly, and Drink Prime is asking for money to replace the purifier. Worst machine please don’t waste your money and time
For the past 3 to 4 months, even after recharging, the purifier often shows “device not synced” and prompts for a recharge again. Every time we contact customer care, it takes nearly half an hour just to get connected, and even then, the support provided is very poor. Eventually, we decided to cancel the subscription, and surprisingly, they were completely fine with it—as if they don’t value their customers.
